Desperately need OTR Drivers

They must've figured it out. 1 post and not back since.

 

What was the post about again?

 

Offer the drivers some free sodee waters, they will come.

 

Try finding drivers with squeaky clean driving , credit and criminal records.

Place my nephew works at requires the drivers to pass an extensive background investigation , which includes the drivers parents, siblings and in-laws .
No foreclosures, repos, Liens or judgements , no DUIs , no arrests ever .
Their main client requires the background investigation and does it themselves, and decides which drivers can look at their cargo .

 

Blah blah, same response as back order on parts thread.

Your company or not, if you have exotic rare requirements, your pay better be in line with that.

That said, i dont think those are too hard to meet at all. Hell, i meet that easily, the problem, i already own my own crappy truck and trailer and kinda like where i am, but for the right price i could park em, hell, for the right price, i might even move.

 

I can get that job. But I wouldn’t accept it. Whatever is in those trailers isn’t worth risking my life over.

Well, he was whining about heavy haul completely squeaky clean driving record and background check including spotless credit along with moving near atlanta so id say 200k salaried for that would be fair

We got a hundred more good jobs to choose
From without all that bull.
And they pay the same or more money.
