Are you an at-home spouse? I ask because I’m a little confused. You’re wondering what helps ME, but don’t seem to be concerned with what may or may not be good for him. If the truck driver is not in “a good place”, all the rest is mostly meaningless because that job union is not going to last.
If you’re both having issues with the constant separation, that’s important and must be dealt with but is an issue that deserves it’s own thread.

STexan is right, your mind has to be clear of trouble to do this effectively. If you are emotional, mad, screwed up or whatever then sometimes trucks do wreck and yer it because of it. -
