Determining insurance value?

    I just gave Wisconsin $1900 for my plate, what'd they sock you for?

    80,000 is now $2874 - can you believe that!?
    $800 more than 2009.

    So, at the moment, I simply registered for the weight of the tractor. $374/yr and with the pro-rate, it was $220 or so....

    The truck isn't DOT legal at the moment. It will be awhile before I get more $ to continue with the work needed. Low air alarm and drive tires are the most important in my list..

    Hope you didnt pay sales tax, but it sounds like you did. When I was at the DMV registering my trailer, they tried to tax me, but after some debate with the supervisor I didnt pay it.
