Okay you have a gen 1 system (easier), all I said previously still applies but let me ask you why you changed the dpf? time, maintenance requirements?

I changed it because it would not finish the Regen. It would shutdown and not complete. The dpf inlet to outlet pressure was to big of gap. Like .360 inlet to .025 % outlet pressure. I was told if to much soot I would have a lot of pressure in there and big gap from inlet to outlet numbers. So I decided to get a dpf filter. Reset everything but still have same code.

"Soot level most severe" can only be cleared with a completed regen. I understand this, all egr systems shut down automatically when there is an engine related problem so that it doesn't "choke" on any more exhaust products than it has to (computer controlled). This EGR Disabled should show a code or might be covered in another "Tab/Function" showing EGR Enable on your computer as it does on my computer. Maybe it's as simple as the sensor (p2) being bad or tubing clogged but that should be another code unless these have been cleared and won't show again until another regen attempt. Just trying to help you.

Now your talking about a DPF pressure differential and not EGR pressure differential, you should be able to view these in a "monitor" session and after a reset these should about 0/0.

Just a few things that always apply; When changing DPF, always clean the DOC, this is where the chemical reaction takes place to generate the heat with the vaporized diesel, as the "face" gets soot blocked, temperatures degrade quickly. Cleaning the exhaust diesel doser face and installing new isolator pad and gasket ensures a good spray/smoke type pattern for the doc. Since yours is a gen 1 there should be an air line originating from the compressor side of the turbo that's always routed badly and leaks causing poor performance of the whole system, needs to be eyeballed end to end.

Look at that document you posted, it says "outlet temperature -40", I'll tell you right now that your #3 (top) temp sensor isn't plugged in or damaged and it will not regen with this value present, cannot see the rest.

I've done ours with a pressure washer that has a diesel heater but I'd suggest first trying a couple things, your temp sensors, your outlet temp reads a -40* degrees, that's basically an "open" sensor or wiring, can't see the rest. They (all) should read a normal temp before you even start the truck, start there first and try to regen.

I have replaced all temp sensors on dpf system. The inlet and outlet temp sensors. Also new pressure sensors inlet and ouet
