Can somebody tell me what is this leaking?
-
-
Why its leaking? never happened before..last week i have replaced the water pump and after that i noticed my coolant reservoir's top turned black but no oil found in the coolant..i don't know what is wrong? -
Is it a small corroded freeze plug?
And, it looks like the engine block - not the frame. -
There are 6 of those holes with normally a black hand push in plug. When they are gone, missing and leaking. You need cylinder liner orings.
Sorry for the bad news. -
Short answer, illustration #5 upper D ring is leaking coolant.
tupperwolf, xsetra, Dino soar and 2 others Thank this. -
jamespmack and Rideandrepair Thank this.

Head needs to come off. Cylinder removed, inspected, re used or replaced. O rings replaced. Re installed, with new head gasket and bolts. With all the Labor costs. Might as well spend a few thousand more and do an inframe overhaul, while the heads off.
Dino soar, God prefers Diesels and Flint1 Thank this.
