Anyone have this issue? I have checked turbo, pipes, hoses, CAC, and intake manifold. Swapped the ITV and double checked the EGR. Still nothing, everything seems fine. Theres a video I posted to show more. The Nox sensors are new also.

What all did you check in the EGR system? Do you have any other codes inactive or active besides the NOx sensor codes?

check your temp sensors after a cold soak

Soot accumulation or coolant leak, egr valve movement, bearing on pull arm, egr actuator slow learn.

SPN 3216 FMI 16 is the fault. I have that happen in 3 trucks now and two of the have efficiency issues. The inlet surges but the outlet stays near same. When the surge happens, the efficiency can drop to about 40% then back to 89% and up.

What about the differential pressure sensor ports?

On one truck, it seems to be fine dpf I asume. Sitting at around .556 psi. I'm checking another truck that does the same thing but the it is over 1.2 psi and it fluctuates between that and .767 psi, which is a little high for me.
