These idiot co's scream they CAN'T keep drivers but constant lying like this is one of the biggest reasons for it..

 

Intermodal up here in the northeast pays peanuts, at least the regional side does. And they were advertising 'up to $90,000 a year.
Complete rubbish; nobody makes that. This advertisement was based on being paid .36 CPM plus $30.00 load pay.
Seriously, the pay came out to about $750.00 take home pay, on average.
I know that the pay in the Northeast area has gone up a bit, but I do know that morale is still low due to various issues with the management in the Shrewsbury yard; specifically with Sandy Bates. Guys were quitting in droves all because of her.
Regional Intermodal could be a much better place to work (and retain more drivers) if the pay was sufficient enough to allow the drivers to take better care of their families.

 

advertised pay will always include and rely on hitting all bonuses and maximizing hours to meet advertised pay ceiling.
