DHE - dependable highway express?

There's been a lot of lawsuits in California like that recently. R&L just got there butts handed to them in the last one. Now most there linehaul is hourly (they woldnt get detention or drop and hooks as milage drivers). Their dock guys weren't getting lunches. And a few other things like OT and such. If DHE is facing similar things they'll lose.

 

Anyone have any recent work experience with them? I'm in the process of a position for bobtail owner operator in the Ontario CA location. There's a lot of negative reviews in this thread having second thoughts.

 

The owner ops in reno seem to do alright.

DHE port drivers make like 16 an average. Great equipment but garbage wages..

 

Yeah I'm suppose to be a driver out if the Ontario office also...I'm really having 2nd thoughts...are you with them now?

One of their genius drivers backed into my 6ft high steel gate when delivering to my shop. Said he thought it was open. Turned out he was watching a soccer game on his phone while backing up.

 

Wooowwwww.....it seems like they hire CONVICTS LOL
