Diabetes

I take it once a day. It is extended release.

 

A blood test strip does not tell you you have diabetes. As previously mentioned, you have to have you A1C tested so you can have a 3 month average of your blood sugar. That doctor has no idea why your number was so high for that few minutes during that one day. Get a real test and if you do have it get it under control because it is a very scary disease. Exercise is your best friend along with cutting down the carbs. Talk to your primary and good luck.

 

Actually, my doctor lets me have sugar free candy and ice cream. Anything sugar free is fine. As far as soda I am allowed diet soda. Coke Zero, Diet Caffine Free Pepsi uses Stevia to sweeten it. I can have that too.

 

Also I can have all the coffee I want if I use Splenda and Stevia. Trying some natural things so sometimes I use honey too.

If you can just get through the headaches from caffeine and that is in the over the counter stuff. You will fill a ton better.

 

Yeah thats why God had mercy on us humans and made coffee.
