About a year ago I saw a white Cascadia with a diamond decal and a Swift logo in the middle of it, on the side of the sleeper birth. It also had "Diamond Driver" or something to that extent written above it. I assume this particular status is given to drivers either for their time of employment, safety rating or a combination of the two or more.
Can someone confirm this? I've asked the question to a few other drivers but no one seemed to know. Reason I ask is because I'm starting to see more and more Swift intermodal trailers running the 407 through Toronto and the thought popped into my mind at work today.

Diamond = Platinum for 12 straight quartersEverywhereMan Thanks this. -
They get a nice quarterly bonus at the highest rate, nicer new trucks too.
-
yeah I dont remember the bonus amounts but its a few extra cpm
I dont get ranking since im dedicated but I would be borderline platinum right now with 100% on time and hovering 100k miles for the year.
But no bonus's for meSwitches Thanks this. -
Diamond drivers are 6 cents per mile bonus rather than 3 cents for platinum drivers. 108k per year requirement. I'm with you Moose....paid 140k plus miles a year, drive 150k plus miles, with no performance bonus due to being dedicated. Something about this system really stinks.
-
Strange.
I don't recall being in the conversation. -
Lol thats what I thought
Switches and Moosetek13 Thank this. -
Does that mean I'll be platinum after 90 days with no service failures or accidents?
-
No, still need over 100k miles, not just 90 days worked.
