Diamond Driver

    It's 8 cents per mile bonus as a diamond driver and 6 cents for platinum. Spoke to a diamond driver who said between his longevity bonus and diamond driver, he was making an extra 11 cents a mile. Since the dispatchers like to keep the diamond drivers happy, you also tend to get the better trips if they are available.

    Last I looked it was 5 cents for Platinum.

    I've never heard of a longevity bonus.

    Lease ops get a 1/2 cent bump per year until they max out at 2 cents.

    That is not really a longevity bonus, I think. More like a small pay raise for the first 4 years.
