If only I could claim the death as mine...lol she had an odd hesitation since I picked her up that 3 shops couldn't diagnose. Our Dallas shop finally diagnosed it...injectors, head and 3gal of fuel in my oil. No signs of a problem other than an occasional miss at low speed.

Most definitely....but the parts are on 2wk national backorder. I've already been down a full 7 days. Hence the move into the *sigh* automatic van truck....

I live right in the middle between Fontana and Stockton, Commiefornia. Swift didn't have any regular flatbed shipper/receiver within 100-mile radius when I was with them.

They used to give me a dry van load for my home time as there's Wally World DC right by the house and Targét DC in Shafter (50 miles away). I'd come back out on the road with another van load, and switch back to flatbed as soon as I swing by a flatbed yard.

Like Shcmud said, I'd talk to another recruitor if you're still interested in Swifty flatbed.

If it was a red kenworth, they mostly haul trash from one landfill to another. They do alot for Rumpke up here in Ohio.
