Diary of a current Swift flatbed driver

Iwill def. post on this thread once i get on with swift and get driving

 

Hopin to keep this thread going. got through orientation in lathrop and wow!! i must say i was very impressed with the nice terminal and every single person that works there was very professional and nice. I am hitting the road with my trainer on sunday and so far i am very happy with my choice to come to swift. Thanks to everyone on here for their help. will be posting more when i get a chance when i get driving.

 

I think the originator of this thread moved on to something else. You might have better luck starting another thread. Good luck to you, I hope everything works out like you plan.

What type of trucks are hitting the fleeT? heard a rumor or peterbuilts coming but not sure on that

 

Hey Schmud, glad you're still lurking in the shadows. I had heard that you weren't driving anymore, but I am glad your still around. I may be looking to join Swift this fall ... not sure yet ... everything's still in flux, but it's a strong possibility. Would be from the Harrisonburg, VA area not my current digs at the Harbor on Cape Cod.

 

Sittin in wilsonville OR waiting to deliver at 8. having a blast so far but wishing this rain would go away
