Thats what i was kinda hoping. I was assigned there for 7 months but all employment and pay was done thru the temp agency. Got a couple companies ive been looking at but they all want a year plus of experiance and if i have to distance myself i would be cutting a huge chunk out of my resume since I've only been driving for a year and a few months.
Did I find a loophole?

The drug test loopholes could have been closed years ago if they had really wanted to. It only takes the stroke of a pen, but hasn't happened because it's not that important to the powers that be.bottomdumpin, tscottme, EZ Money and 2 others Thank this. -
Don't worry, someone who goes to that much trouble to be able to smoke will get caught soon enough.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -

I do get that playing the law was stupid. It was a habit of mine since i was a kid. Believe me when I say that I learned my lesson the hard way and feel horribly reprehensible for my actions. A little bud cost me my job and my home. And although i personally take a very liberal stance on marijuana use my clean pee is my key to a good career. It is never worth doing again. I haven't touched it since the day I got fired and never will. Even using synthetic piss was a pain in the ###. Too much stress not to get caught. Rather just clean up and stay clean. Just wish I would have used that viewpoint before i ####ed up.
RollingRecaps, EZ Money and tinytim Thank this. -
So,The temp agency was the one who sent you for the drug test?...If so do NOT list them.
Right now drug testing is not going into a federal database but is kept at the state level as far as I know.
Here in NC if you fail it is reported to the states DMV and they drop you from a class A to a class C until you finish a SAP program.
It is the SAP program that sends the info to the DMV....Not the employer, lab or any other entity.
Only the larger outfits pull your PSP for the most part....It will show that company and not the Temp service.
Did the company actually know you failed or just the temp service? -
