No need in wasting money on an attorney. Same thing happened to me. My times was worse. I left my? 16.47/hr job in hopes of this illusive trucking job also. Just pay the loan back. You have your CDL. It should be against the law.

He said ticket,, nothing about speeding and he did say he did tell them. -
What was the ticket for, the one that you didn't tell them about on your application?
-
Jeez,
Go back and read his posting. He did tell them he had one ticket and he told them about it.
Someone else made the mistake you just did as well.
-
Where does it state they can fire you at anytime with or without cause and you STILL owe them?
The diploma or certificate of completion is as worthless as toilet paper, as long as you have the CDL in hand.
Depending on the wording of the contract he shouldn't owe them a penny.
I hope he read the contract and understood this to be a risk.
Be careful how you handle this with PAM, as they'll ding your DAC just to be malicious.
If you don't owe anyone anything, bow out gracefully - - other than that it's C-1 that owes PAM for your schooling.
Don't let 'em play you man.JohnBoy Thanks this. -
No service is free. Pay now, or be stupid and let the interest build.
-
He never even said what the ticket was for, so how does "Dinomite" know that it is for speeding? And he did say that he declared it and it was no problem. Sounds like Dinomite may be a recruiter or dispatcher trying to gloss over PAM.
-
Plus, I never had a trucking company request a diploma or demand a driving school background. All they want to see is the CDLA license. End of story.
JohnBoy Thanks this. -
Dinomite Thanks this.
