diff between 9200i and 9400i??

As stated above, the 9200i has the front axle set back a few inches farther, the hood is shorter, you can get any engine in a 9200 that you can in a 9400. Another difference is more of the engine is inside the cab and harder to get to. With the engine also set back there is some less floor board room, the truck is louder inside, and the ride is some harsher since you are sitting more on top of the steering axle.

isn't there an almost dog house type enclosure in the 9200? the dash comes out as opposed to being flush i am thinking.

Dash is the same on both. The engine cover will stick back farther on the 9200i, taking up more floor board room.
