Thank you sir, I have 3 on private entity from when I was a rookie driver , learned from my mistakes and haven’t had one in close to 7 months . Just looking for better outfits as far as pay

It depends on the company doing the hiring. If said company is not regulated by the FMCSA, then a DMV/CLUE check is what they are going to check.

If, however, that carrier is regulated by the FMCSA, then they had better have more in that driver qualification file than just a DMV/CLUE check.
