The axle shafts are a bigger diameter on a dsp41.

The dsp41 is rated a little heavier duty then the dsp40

If i remember correctly the 41 has heat treated gears

Thought the 41 used thicker axle housing and better hardened spindles. Kinda the wide based wheel spec. Pretty sure carriers are exact same.
