Again you are confusing conflating a defect that you may be fined for and an oos defect. Not the same critter.

The North American Standard OOS criteria IS the OOS criteria, there are no OOS regs. Whether or not you pay taxes is irrelevant to making donations to local law enforcement.

I certainly never suggested you make your runs in an unsafe vehicle or one with any FMCSR violations.

I didn't reference your company's size nor is it relevant to your attempting to back hand them with false OOS criteria.
