Dilemma...Please Help

How in the world do you expect them to know whether or not you or him was driving when the dent happened? For gods sakes man it aint like theres a camera mounted there watching and immediately tells the boss hey johnny dented your step.Thats the dumbest thing Ive heard even from some over 12 years old my man. Do you expect them to analyze the dirt thats on it and for foreign debri from certain places where johnny was driving to cover your skin, NO it aint gonna happen. They dont have a way to tell who did it accept from your reactions when confronted which if the other guys a good liar and you are nervous, guess what your in the hot seat. Man up and tell them your sorry and that it will never happen again, you've learned from yours and his mistakes, yes you made one by not telling what you know even though you'd be a rat, and hope that they'll understand that you was scared or wanted him to man up and that you hope to move forward with said employer. Either way I wish you luck and don't be surprised if you do get fired, Ive turned wrenches for a couple companies and stuff like that aint took lightly no matter how little the damage is my friend.

 

Hey Blaze, you seemed so timid and and all asking for help then you act all tough and uppity when people give you some help, or advice, 2 things-
1. we asked questions because you did not give enough information to accurately describe all the info about the damage.
2. Seemed like you grew a set by how you have talked to some of the people in the forum, now try it with your partner, thats who you should have been tough with.
