Dillon Transport

I have been trying to get on with Dillon since 2010 with no luck!

 

Trust...you've dodged a bullet!!!

 

Well that's what i have heard but i still would love to know what they are looking for because my background is clean and so are my license but I think i remember someone there giving me the run around really bad after my interview back in 2010 but hey Dillon make millions and millions of dollars so i will always be the one that is wrong!

 

Well Im sure your app was shredded 6months afterwards bc they lay all drivers off every 6 months in Tx! ...It's a revolving door there. Also if you don't have a lot of OTR miles,they'll skip your app.

No I understand...unfortunately that's what they look for( in fact most do) I guess they figure if you paid your dues out on the road,you can handle metro areas...Personally city driving is worse! If your app is that old,and you REALLY want to work there,just update your app.

 

Well I would think after almost 23 years of driving my dues should be paid by now but according to there website I more then meet what they are looking for locally but hey that's the natural of the beast and I just updated my app. and then I emailed phil croft and his response was as always has been since 2010 that if I meet what they are looking for they will call so I guess I am not what they are looking for but according to you and some people I know that have worked there I am better off not being there!

 

My bad..,well I have no idea what their problem is then! Lol but count your blessing!

 

Hey LandShark , are you still with Dillon and do you recommend working for them? Any info would be great, as I'm contemplating about the position here in Jax FL. Thanks ~Paul
