    Call the customer if you can. Anyone can find an address but knowing where to actually go is a big plus for me. Which side of the street to approach from, which entrance, which street the shipping entrance is actually on and many other things can't be told by an address.

    Thanks for all the advise. I just downloaded Microsoft's streets and trips trial to my netbook. I don't have it set up for wireless yet so Google maps wont work, but again thanks.
