I bet if you look on YouTube or just google it someone probably has a video of shutting a circuit/ vehicle fuse off with a toggle switch.

Just got to make sure it's the right truck. Tired of getting eye strain looking for something and find that something's slightly off. I mean I did watch a short video on how to remove the door panel to get the burned out motor from the door. At the moment, I'm getting put back into my old truck that I Mickey-Moused the window switches on and will just deal with it for the time being.

I'm never good with the models other than it's a 2018 Peterbilt mid-roof with the short sleeper. I'll probably keep all of this in mind though. Kill some time while on a ten or waiting on a clean tanker. Most of the time though, I'm turning and burning on those milk tanker runs between Hartley and CO or KS. Nonstop for 3-4 days and then back to the house to sleep in my own bed and such for 2-3 days.

The fuse bypass would be generic for any vehicle.

You're in a Peterbilt 579. Window switch panel is very easy remove, just pry it out with a flathead screwdriver. I do it all the time to clean the gunk out of it when cleaning my truck. You could probably just leave the passenger side unplugged, unless you regularly roll down that window, that way you only need to cat-proof the driver side.

Well, a little too late for the passenger side now as that motor burned itself out. I've been in the same truck for 2-3 years now. Driver's side still works when I got to show the dairy manifest to the few places that even check it at the gate.
