I'm at the In N Out Burger in Santa Nella.
Now this is California, so there could be some extenuating circumstances.
What a jip. They give you this burger with a microscopic patty.
The fries are cold and tiny. And you have to beg for ketchup.
Possibly the biggest rip off of 2018.
Disappointed Again

So it did not look like the picture? I could count on one hand the fast food burgers I have eaten the past 5 years, with good reason

I'm asking a serious question ...
Does In-Out-Burger have some sort of kids burger or Jr burger or kids meal, and you might have gotten the wrong order or the kid put your order in wrong, or you ordered wrong? In-Out-Burger is nothing if not consistent across the entire chain, but perhaps it is a new "California thing". Wouldn't surprise me in the least but their burgers and baskets have always been "slightly smaller" than typical for other burger chains, and we allowed this in exchange for better quality.
But I'll also state that EVERY chain is reducing portion sizes in tiny increments hoping we don't notice, in an effort to hold prices somewhat steady and consistent, nationwide in a time of inflationary rates beyond anything we've seen the past 10 yearsjethro712 and MartinFromBC Thank this. -
I would call customer hotline and ask for Lynsi Snyder. Tell her about your experience, she may be upset about it.
Diesel Dave Thanks this.
