Discrimination at TMC?

I was told by TMC that I was a shoe in for their pre hire I have a solid work history no criminal record and no traffic violations everything was going good then they found out I got a medical discharge from the military after being shot over seas then I finished 3 more years of active military duty and have worked everyday since and they said I would need to send them somthing saying that I could return to duty from when I was in the military so i did then they said they would have to run it by their doctor he was undecided they said and that the VP of human resources would have to sign off on it that was when she told me that if I wanted to pay and put myself through cdl school I could then they would hire me I politely told her that I was probably in better shape than 99% of the people working there now needless to say they never called me after that conversation and I never called them back either Im with Roehl now and glad of it. So I guess TMC is discriminating against disabled vets now to.

That's just pathetic From what I hear, though, Roehl is a great company to work for so it worked out well for you
