That's a hazard, and I don't think many safety departments would put up with the urine thing. Stuff bounces around, and coming in contact with any body waste is unacceptable. The company needs to know. Body fluids transmit disease. Universal precautions that hospitals use indicate to treat any body fluids as contaminated. They even have special red bags for disposal. Not saying the inside of a truck is a hospital, but for crying out loud, there's no telling what could have happened.
I think I'm adding latex gloves to my list of things to take on the road, just in case. -
Makes you wonder what kind of trainer he had

I start next week with SRT . I have to go with a trainer fror two weeks because I have very little expericene in the snow. Are most of the trainers like this

The snow should be fun. I start school on 12-15. In Buffalo. Right in the height of Lake-effect snow season. YAY!

As for th' object of the OP - you should absolutely notify the company. Any reputable company WILL care. It's not JUST about getting the freight from point A to point B. The driver is "the face of the company". If he looks like hell, the entire company looks like hell. Sure, Joe Dockworker probably doesn't care - but what if some VP happens by? Or if the delivery is to a site that doesn't HAVE dock workers - just conscripted office workers? (In 4 months, I lost count of the number of places like that I delivered to)
I don't insist on "high and tight" and "clean shave". I'll even pass on wearing the same jeans for a day or two in a row (so long as no stains, etc). But a clean shirt (no holes/stains), and a shower sometime in the past 48 hours are absolute minimums. (more so if you are allergic to deodorants/anti-perspirents <ahem>)
As for the collection of bottles.. some things are just plain disgusting. That is an absolute biohazard, as well. I'd have been out of that truck so fast the paint would have come with me. -

I admit my experience is limited in this regard, but from all I've seen, not only is this not the norm for trainers, it's also not the norm for truckers in general.
