What's a company agility test. What kind of test do they ask you to do?

Of course it depends on the company, and the majority of them don't have much in the way of a PT, if they have one at all.
But try to go to work for an outfit like SYSCO where you are doing a LOT of physical work on the job. They want to know that you aren't going to have a heart attack the first time you have to negotiate up stairs with a loaded two wheeler.
I'm sorry, but I really don't remember what their physical was like. I passed it, and then turned the job down, but this was 18 years ago. . .
I can tell you that it involves testing your strength and endurance.

you would be amazed how many students fail to disclose stuff they dont think the companies will figure out when they screen those applications even when they read the failure to disclose information page in the application we all signed if we have ever filled out an application lol

On one occasion all that was required was getting into the trailer, agility test.

One guy in the class behind me dumped the clutch while in high range... Ripped the drive shaft in half and took out the tail bearing as well. He was turned loose.

The agility test wasn't too bad. Part of it was crawling, part of it was stepping up onto a milk crate for about a minute, lifting some free weights and pushing a cart.

Duck walk the length of a trailer.
Step test to maximum heart rate and maintain for 3 min
Be able to lift 75lbs into a trailer
Pull 1000lbs on a pallet jack up a 2% incline
