You search for dispatcher jobs and apply. If you have some kind of experience in trucking they will usually hire you. And you have a good employment history. It does not pay that well for the headaches you will endure. And in all honesty, if you do not know anything about navigation, routing, and how to be diplomatic you probably shouldn't do it. There are too many bad dispatchers out there that makes truckers jobs difficult.
