My co. has ELD's set to, if there's someone on sleeper berth, messages are blocked until they change their status to a non-sleeper. Then the message comes in. Management here are ex-drivers, they know the game and they know how dispatchers can be aswell. Dispatchers are instructed to only call a driver in change of plans or anything emergency-related otherwise I dont hear a call and I really dont either. Lol.

Is it normal for a dispatcher to repeatedly call you more then once during the day while you are driving to deliver just to tell you to hurry up? If not how do I file a complaint or who do I talk too about this?

Answer the phone and tell him/her your flux capacitor is discombobulated and you are proceeding at less than light speed.
ZVar Thanks this.
