Ive got a old Sears 1985 10 speed it has about 6000 miles on it still in the shed. It may be too compromised to be safe due to a 6% downgrade with 55mph runout at the bottom with me on it. (Frame fatique)

I used to put 30 miles in the morning somewhere in any direction, spend a day and 30 miles back in the evening. Not too difficult when body is in prime.

I had to stop when traffic in Maryland got too dangerous when they opened three main routes to three lanes each.

I can still ride once that ankle and heart gets fixed. But I would need quite a time to lean down to where I was before.

Indeed and I had to make sure they put that 30 pound felt under there as well, in addition to replacing three plywood sheeting up there that had storm damage existing. (Insulation truck came later to take care of attic)

They did do a good job, but I don't know if they would have if I was not up there checking their work.

Lol well yea I know it was stupid of me but that’s the only way I can pay my fines and court cost child support etc etc ...n well my normal drivers license i should be able to get it bak by the end of this month that’s the only date they didn’t change ...n I hope they don’t mess with that one either on extending my suspension dates too . In btw all this is happening in TX

But it is no excuse to disobey a suspension, inactive driving license and so on. If you valued child support so much and got jailed anyway... then it does not matter anymore. The enormity of the mess would take you until retirement to clean up.

Your behavior is documented. If you do not drive at all and have a driver etc (With insurance and so on) your life will be better.

I do not just say words and fail to actually do. I am a medical patient and my medicines require me to have a driver. For the time being. Her car is going into the shop. It will be anything from a failed wheel bearing to a bad rotor or a failed tower on the front end right side. I'll be standing over her with some money in hand because we drive on crappy roads being replace and brought to interstate coding. And its destroying the car. So we fix it. She feels no hurt or loss being my driver. I probably paid about 3000 so far towards it. Fix this fix that gas this tires that most especially and so on.

Not a problem. She owes me nothing on that money. It's hers. Because she has been a good aide and a good driver when need be. Thats how I deal with not being able to drive on medicine that will incur a DUI and the state will own the vehicle to auction off for drug proceeds. Thats not going to happen with me. I'll walk first. (And have...)

I am finished with this thread. Its not funny to thumb your nose at the state who can break you.

I would advise not driving without a license. If you get caught one more time it is my understanding that you can lose your CDL forever.

when you accept a license you agree to follow the laws, sir

why do you take your civic duty so lightly?

i guess laws and rules are for other people and not you

In America, if you can do the time you can do the crime.

    Enjoy your time

Getting your license back when you were driving and got caught driving?

Really Texas really has a screwed up system if someone's license is not going to be suspended for a longer time.
