If you actually have to ask this question, I seriously question your competence to drive a commercial vehicle. You know what they say about DUI/DWI's right? First time you get caught, wasn't the first time you did it. n u no wut, u sould call tem n ax dem why. bet tey say ur rite, not sposed to be 5 months, shud hav ben a year added. SPELL CHECK M"EFFER.....

Drinking and driving is stupid and unacceptable behavior.... Doing it with a CDL and risking your livihood.... Extremely dumb.... Then driving a commercial vehicle when the state told you NOT TO???? Really? My wife lost her father to a drunk driver when she was 8 years old. She's 38 years old and it still effects her. She was very close to her dad. The rest of her childhood was screwed up. Her mother was her negatively affected and my wife moved from place to place. As a child she lost stability in life, as an adult she regrets not being able share our two boys with him. Both of my son's have parts of her father's name for their middle names.

I have no pitty. People have no right to drive intoxicated. The life you might take probably won't be your own. The laws are far to lienent on this topic. I know an individual who has 3 or 4 DWIs.... He has money hires a good lawyer and gets his license back.... Everytime. He still drives drunk and hasn't learned a darn thing. He used to have a class A and lost it.

I suggest you have a serious issue. You need to completely quit drinking.... And wait it out. Don't drive a commercial vehicle until the state gives it back.... If they ever do.

I'm sorry I'm a bit passionate on this topic... But I see how drunk driving it affects other people and it's not nice. Call a friend, call uber, call parents, call the wife, call a taxi but don't have your keys accessible if the intent is to drink.

You cannot undo what has been done but you can stop stupid, dangerous, and deadly behavior.

We had a driver bob tail a truck once to go to the store to get more beer..... He was like 2x the legal limit. Open container. The whole nine yards. He no longer drives commercially and as far as I'm concerned... He earned his stripes...
    What a moron.

Another moron my boss saw him at the fuel pumps. He had a cooler strapped between the cab and 5th wheel. My boss looked inside it was full of ice cold beer.... He got fired. Two weeks later he got a DWI and rolled a tanker at green Mountain.... My boss dodged a bullet with him. Literally.

    Morons
