but its on my record and i know how to have it removed, it will just take a while. in the meantime i have to find a new company.
it makes more sense how how my situation came to be than some of the jerry springer moronic replies to my post though, and thats saying something, lol. well, maybe in the next 100 someone will answer. someone will have an intelligent reply who actually knows something, or i will get bored with the childlike replies and ask somewhere else.
i feel sorry for those who are trying to get a little advice but cant, and even more sorry for those who try to help, but whose reply is buried in the middle of 50 useless ones in between, its sad really.

Just be up front and honest now that you know. Explain the situation to your next prospective employer. Good luck to you.

Its hard man ,in trucking there are a million senerios a million Companies we can only take what you tell us and give you our best guess mine is try and try again get on the phone and talk to a different company tell their recruiter your situation and see where you stand. I would not waste time trying to get something so minor off your record get back on the phone and see where your at with other companies. That's my final word sorry if it doesn't help

It will stay in the system. If he answers you, it will show up when you log back in.
Best wishes and don't worry; you're good to go.

@ TTB if I were you I would not mention the disqualification from another company. I don't think there is anyway that they will know that you applied to and went to another company without you telling them. Not like they are going to call around to see if you applied. At least I don't think they would. I think you would be good to go to apply to another company. Answer their questions and don't tell them about the first company. They won't know about it unless you tell them. I don't forsee how it could be put on your DAR since you were not a company driver. I may be wrong about the DAR but good luck.

ya, thanks jerez. seems like an awfully small deal to dq me over. i am going to tell the next company, i just want to avoid telling them about the 1st company dq'ing me because it will seem suspicious ya know? i would just rather avoid it altogether, but i wasn't sure if there was some super secret trucker database where they would know about that school. i didn't do anything wrong of course, they just simply told me i was dq'd and why and took me to the bus station.

Nope no super secret database. Only one they really have is from the Hireright DAR stuff and I don't think that would apply to you so you should be good.

thanks bluess, THATS what i was wondering. i didnt think my dac could be affected by anyone but a dot regulated organization, or if i did something illegal from the day i had my cdl permit until now (dui, drug test fail, accident, etc). i just dont know if the application side of things (from intelliapp) is accessable by dot companies to just THEIR company, or if they can see all applications. i have learned quickly that the trucking industry does some of the weirdest things ive ever seen, so i was just trying to make sure. i just dont want to fail again

oh right, i wasnt officially an employee, so they might not be able to. even if i was an employee it doesnt seem like it would be something they would put on there, but i really have no idea about that. i dont even know the stuff that can go on a dac
