    I can't tell you how much time I've saved myself by carrying along a box of tools and a few "patch parts"....I then turn around and write out an invoice to my company for repair work,...so not only am I saving myself time, I know the job is done right, and I get paid....The internet is an invaluable resource for information....you just have to be patient with formulating and re-formulating your question to get an answer that applies to your situation.....

    Now I have something new to bring along a 2 ton come along. never thought of that one. Otherwise I carry everything else you carry already. I blew a tire on the road was swearing the whole time because I hate the heat but I got the tire changed with my setup and took off again. My jack can be operated by air or hydraulics which is really nice. But hind site I would have still needed my air hose to air up the tire anyway. der...

    if there are any wrecked trucks behind the sompany shop--they are a gold mine for odds and ends
    like fittings--air to air hoses and clamps--i always carry couple extra gladhand couplers and complete electrical cord
