Your CDLIS comment triggered a memory from a situation I was a part of several years ago. It is actually the CDLIS where the DMVs get the testing information. This information is contained in both the CSTIMS and the ROOSTR systems. All of these databases are maintained by the AAMVA!
I will say this. If I were the OP I would check my CDL for restrictions. If there are none I would stop worrying about it. If I am right the OP could simply go back to the DMV and get them to run the CDL through their system. They are either going to hand it back to the OP or reissue it with the restriction. Problem solved!

I've stated a few times before I've got no restrictions on my license. I thought maybe it was a MVD screw up too, then I met another guy at current employer who graduated swift academy a month after I did and he's also got no restrictions. AZ
