Do Falcon drivers need our help?

P.S, if the reports are true they did not in fact get their last paycheck and the fuel cards were shut off, that 100% changes the situation.....

 

I could never understand this one my own self. In a past career I was working at a little local computer repair shop. The owner was going through some tight times with cash flow and one conversation I over heard with a city peon trying to get property taxes.

Peon: "Why not put off your employees pay for a week and pay the taxes?"
Owner: "Because, if I put off taxes now I have until the end of however long it takes to go through court to pay it. If I don't pay my employees they will all quit tomorrow and then there will be no one around to make the money needed to pay the taxes."

That kinda sums it up to me. If a company is so broke that they cannot pay the people creating the money for the company there is no way they will have the money to pay the next paycheck.

If they wanted OTR work they could get it. They are with Falcon specifically because they want local / regional work. Do you have any terminals out of Youngstown area, because if not you are just one of 1000's of places they can get a job at.

When I see Falcons equipment parked all over hell and rotting in the back of dealership lots I'll believe the " they left us stranded " story .
Saw this with Arrow .
Anybody remember the loaded arrow trucks sitting at fyda freightliner in Youngstown till the load was about to rot off the trailer ?
