You are being called a recruiter because you have spammed this thread with your company's information. Even after you have had your posts removed, you continue to try to get your information out.

You even posted a shot of your paystub showing ALL of your personal details, including your driver number.

Call it recruiting, call it getting referrals, it doesn't matter. Either way, you are heavily trying to funnel drivers to the company that employs you.

I suppose there's also the DOT side of the muck. Insurance on the tractor, freight, ex-personnel driver, not to mention whether the state can get your last 7 days should you find yourself in a LVL3 or whatever.

I'm sure it's already been covered, however, from the sounds of it the owner's sold out to an investment firm out of L.A. last year, that firm probably decided to cut their losses.

The advice by some to stay put for a couple days and wait it out was nonsense. Those employees will never see a nickel.

    Time to move on...

I mean, I'd report back if the truck is still there. Maybe if you can tell, without disturbing the truck, if it's occupied? You don't want to be that guy knocking on the bunk during a driver's sleep, do ya?

The company was pretty clear with the message they sent out. Stop work immeadiately and do plan on returning.

“All Falcon Employees: We regret to inform you that Falcon Transport Co. is not able to continue operations and will be shutting down effective today. Please stop work you are doing for the company immediately. You are not expected to return to work. Please be on the lookout for further information we will be sending regarding the situation.”
