I have a 1999 9200 International. When I bought truck it didn't have hood shock or springs. Was wondering if they really help out a lot with opening and closing. I have never had a truck that had them. Worth the money to get them ?
Do hood springs really help ?

When I was stripping down my W900 I removed the springs before taking off the hood. Before I could open it with 1 hand. Afterwards it just about took 2 people to get it open.
