Smart, stupid or otherwise, it's illegal, and cigarettes are not. So it's pointless to argue, or to try and justify. And boasting that one has been a smoker on these forums is probably not the brightest thing to do, either.

 

Only if they reported it. I'd try and find out if they did. If not, I'd move on and try again. If you've truley quit, then I'd answer the failed test question on a application with a No ans take my chances. However, if you do go back to smokin' and get caught later, your ##* will really be in the sling.

I pretty much minded my own business when I was out there, and will when I go back. But I'd drop a dime on a driver in a heartbeat if I knew he or she was drinking, smoking, doing other types of illegal drugs out there or even just nodding off while behind the wheel. Ain't no excuse for stupid, and it my be my ##* that gets hurt by said stupid!

 

Sorry to hear the bad news man. Almost all pharmacies have marijuana home test kits, they are $15 and you can test your urine at home BEFORE going into the test. Rather be safe then sorry. I'm surprised 3 weeks it stayed in your system, you prolly were a regular smoker and did not drink a lot of water to flush your system. All you can do is continue to apply and see if anyone takes you.
