Lots of patience, he's competing with 150 other people trying to squeeze into orientation every week.

 

Maybe switch companies instead of recruiters?

 

If he'd picked another company in the beginning, he'd already be on the road.

There's plenty of companies that give excellent training. Prime is just another training company like many others. Jim Palmer is also at the top of the heap and their classes are much, much smaller which means you're not shoved through like cattle. If Prime really needed you, you would have already been in Springfield and on the road. That's your call though, not mine or anyone elses.
Companies like Prime, Maverick, TMC, etc. get 100's of applications every day. They cherry pick what they consider the best and the others keep being shifted to the bottom of the pile to be used when they are desperate for drivers.
One guy on here about 3 weeks ago applied to Prime and was in orientation in just a few days.

 

Seriously? 150 a week.....what does prime do....raid homeless shelters....and disagree all you want Prime just like the rest of the Megas have no redeeming qualities....other than rob people of their dignity&con them into covering most of the expenses the company should be covering
