Swift doesn't do the final test. They used to. I am sure they will set you up for a test in TN if you are a resident. That is such old news! My school did their own testing. The instructors taught the state instructors. They also tested for other schools in Middle TN that lost their testing due to improper testing.
According to my recruiter, you have to go back to your home state to take the CDL test. Millington and other schools they operate do not do the final test.
