Do I need to keep a logbook?

    Seems like you are doing something similar to dealership transfers.

    The average trooper is not going to pay attention to you unless you do something to attract attention.

    The worst that can happen is you have an accident and they throw the book at you.

    No CDL required, therefore no log book required. The Company is wrong. The fact you have a CDL is irrelevant. Plenty of people doing rental car relocation. Getting flown to areas, driving cars back across multiple State lines. No different.
