They pay drivers to work, not take time off.

 

What company gives paid time off with less than a year’s employment?

Even outside of trucking 1 year before paid time off is pretty standard.

 

It's pretty standard unless you've never kept a job for longer than a year. In that case, it's a foreign concept.

 

Sounds like they gave the OP plenty of time off, permanently.

 

Lol, I have been driving for years and was a O/O for 10 of them. I make great money, have ZERO, issue with my DBL's, and have never in my time at Schneider had issue to question my pay or home time. I get what I give. A good days pay for a good day work and the respect I show to the company is always returned in kind. I have a laptop stand in my truck, as well as a microwave, crockpot, fridge and coffee maker and have never had a single issue.

Not only has Schneider provided a great work environment for me, but also provides tons of room to advance if that is your goal. I would highly recommend Schneider National if you want to work and are sick of job hopping. If you don't have a desire to work and dedication and ethics are not part of your makeup, then best go elsewhere.
