Some of the OSR's do walk around like they think they are part of Hitler's SS. That's probably the only partially accurate thing he stated LOL. Almost all are cool but there are some that are pretty bad.

I'm interested in truthful discussion, pro or con. I have to defend Schneider because, like one other poster has said, my experience has been very positive. I'm getting good miles, I don't have anyone bird-dogging me, and the truck is good. Most of the Schneider management has been very proactive and supportive, friendly and reasonable. I would be doing people a disservice if I did not speak up honestly.
WTH does "honor their word" mean?Lonesome Thanks this. -
He's saying the guy was hired to run Sears dedicated in CA but they're running him OTR in the midwest instead. Chalk that up to a FOS recruiter that couldn't keep their word on a supposed dedicated account that probably fell through.Stuka Thanks this.

Maybe being under a special acct allows me more freedom I have no problems ATM with sni. The trucks are real slow that I hate but I can go 63 lol, faster than prime

amen.....good grief. Actually, I wonder what people have to talk about all the time......I mean, dang......some folks just yack and yack and yack.
Me? I acll my fiancee once a day after I park for the night. That's it for phone calling for me. -
I'm fine with Schneider but I'm not a homer that's going to put my head in the sand. They're a good company that has it's fair share of hick ups and problems without a doubt. However, I've been here almost 4 years so obviously it isn't a concentration camp like the OP makes it out to be LOL
-
amen to that too......which is why I never go to an OC unless I have to.
But to the original point and the OP.......Schneider ain't all fuzzy puppies and ice cream, but it's a dang fine outfit. As far as I know, I'll be here till I retire. -
OSR's have literally no power once you're out of training, tell them to GTH and walk away. Worse they can do is complain to your DBL who if you are a good driver will just laugh about it.harlycharly55 Thanks this.

Where is the OP (one post wonder)?
Conveniently disappeared? -
currently curled up in the corner crying his eyes out trying to get over the horror that was Schneider.....my guess anyway.stevep1977, bigjoel and doubledragon5 Thank this.
