DO NOT HAUL FOR DEPENDABLE AUTO SHIPPERS

we only deliver cars if there is cash payment, certified check or money order. No post delivery payments are accepted. We call customer in advance and warn to have one of the means of payment otherwise car goes to parking lot where customer might need weeks to get car back. Basically when I meet customer I know should I expect problems or not.

 

You're going to be missing out on some work with that philosophy.

 

I know America is all about customer service and we are very rough to customers, but huge demand makes us arrogant haulers who talk to customers as if we are always right and customer always wrong. if business was mine I would probably change it but I am just driver for now. I am still new to this business but I have seen drivers are yelling to customers, making jokes as if their car flew into the river etc. However they still manage to stay in this business )

You know, you for being a new guy, sure have this business figured out, don't you. You talk big and you're just a steering wheel holder.

 

Hey he can go around scooping up all of those pov cars he wants, won't hurt my feelings at all. After dealing with some of these morons I've wanted to "push their car into a river" or something like it.

 

I think this company is in big trouble now. Over the past week they got nearly 20 negative reviews on central bringing their overall rating down to 97.1% so far and 50% for the past month. They owe me money, the lady in accounting department stopped answering calls, maybe because so many pissed off drivers are calling all day. Bad business, will never haul for them again. I've been waiting for my check since June! I don't understand how they managed to stay in business for so long doing crap like this.

 

WOW, DAS, that's the place that hauls cars and gives them to customers with dents and oil drips after they say they did not do it. Well, thats what happened with my car a few years back.

 

I called on one of their loads the other day, they had the desperate price on it. Told them they could make it cod or wire to me before I dropped and they said they couldn't do it. I told them I had no interest in joining the "not being paid by DAS club" and he hung up on me lol
