Do Not LEASE from Knight!

READ JCT's contract, and yes they are a L/P company and its awful hard finding a driver thats getting screwed.

 

What does my ballon have anything to do with this? The point is, I read the contract, I understood the contract and i completed my obligation. As I said, you are posting things about an operating agreement that you have no first hand knowledge of there for you have no credibility here.

 

########! Contracts don't float around the yards, one copy is on file in Pheonix, one copy stays in the truck. In 5 years i have never seen a contract just laying around. Besides I didn't come here to tell everyone how great the lease is, I came here because somebody with no working knowledge of the lease was posting hearsay.

Talk to all the lease drivers you want, I've talked to plenty of them myself and I'll tell you right now, most of them haven't the brains to drive a truck, let alone own one. And before you go spouting off that Pheonix suckered them into it, not so. Pheonix tries to talk drivers out of leasing all the time, hell, I try to talk drivers out of leasing all the time. But they have to have that Pete, or the "freedom" to do what they want etc. etc.
