This instance is nothing like your examples. Harassing and beating motorists that just want to go about there way does nothing but divide regular folk. These “protesters” aren’t standing up to the powers that be. Cops are not policy makers, they are not the powers that be, any more than truckers.

 

Go back and read the editorials and letters to tge editors about the sit ins and Freedom Rides. You'll see a lot of rhetoric and arguments similar to what you've posted.

And again, the truck driver was not harrased until he became the aggressor.

 

So they charge the cop with murder and the riots and protests continue. They would have rather the cop been found innocent so they could try to justify more burning and looting. Tiresome. We need more cops in crime ridden areas. These clowns aren't looking for solutions, just reasons to act like animals. Time to start spraying them with rubber bullets and copeus amounts of tear gas the second they become unruly.
As far as statistics go, we do know black males are 100 times more likely to be killed by another black male then he is by the police in high crime areas. It's BS kids have to grow up like that. Going after the police surely won't help that at all. Outrageous that all we do is focus on the shiny political object while little kids are being mowed down from drive byes while playing in their front yard. It's f'n disgraceful.

 

There won't be any money left to hire cops in crime ridden areas like Minneapolis after everyone with any money and common sense decides to move out after the idiocy going on there.

Remember in the 60s when detroit was the richest city per capita in the world? Then they started voting in liberal nutters, then the riots started happening, then property values started going down, then the taxes started going up and up, then all the white people left, then it turned into a horror movie for 2-3 decades. Then the city filed for bankruptcy and all those pensioners got hosed because they didn't know when it was time to get out which was about when the riots started up in the 60s

 

If this becomes the new norm may as well take my chances overseas for better pay at Haliburton.
