the company i drive for has over 6,000 trucks and over 15,000 trailers and we are not allowed to use the ta/petro for any reapirs/pm's at all.
had to sit at the flying j last week waiting on roadservice to show up and fix some trailer light when the ta was across the street......
i've had 5 repairs done in the last year at ta and 4 times they broke something on my truck broke a leveling valve doing a frontend alignment, miss installed centramatic's, fixed a/c (had to be repaired again because they did it wrong), changed a wheel seal and broke a abs sensor.......
Do not use t.a tuckstops!!!!

Sorry to hear of your misfortune bud. I NEVER leave MY truck when they are doing a PM. Infact, the Petro in Milan NM did my last one, along with a 3 box change too. They MADE me remove the ignition key and then they ziptied it to the mirror with a red tag on it.
Seeing as TA and Petro are now the same entity......
I feel for you, but I have yet to have any shop start my truck when working on it. Of course, that could be due to the German Shepherd that rides with me too
Either way though, I have yet to have any shop besides the dealer start my rig.
As for the food part.....I never look as I dont eat the crap.
