    I had a PM done on my truck at matthews TA.Came back to shop and they told me truck was done.Really?everythings good?yes mam.Really I have antifreeze dripping off my engine due to leak and my coolant is low.Got home next week and mechanic was replacing radiator and asked when I had a PM done and I said last week.He said they didnt grease my truck.Never again

    oh, so you were not there when this happened. it was your driver who was told to start the truck.

    i wonder what the oil level was BEFORE the pm was done?

    This happened to me today...not a TA though, it was Steward & Stevenson in San Antonio, TX...

    Went in to get 2 injectors replaced, and they left all the bolts in the valve cover just finger tight....about 40-50 miles down the road and a call to road service...here I sit with oil all over the engine and a mechanic tightening the valve cover.

    So it definitely is worth staying with your truck while it is being serviced instead of loafing in the TV room or playing video games!

    So which is it? Were you there or was your driver there? seems kinda fishy. I would get your story straight before going to a lawyer.
