Wow.....has someone contacted the powers that be!

 

Under the name you posted does not show Dudley owning it there is one out of Washington DC and California. Both of the Baldwin names he used are showing not authorized. So if he is doing something he needs to be reported.

 

I just drove by the old facility on loop 335 in Amarillo and there's a banner hanging from the front Fence says Baldwin express I don't know if this is a company that he's decided to go start back up under... Navajo is no longer in that yard all I saw was Fortune express's trailers in there

It's only a matter of time before his crooked behavior that he does is going to screw fortune bad move on their part

 

How the hell is he back in business seriously? I don't get this didn't the FMCSA ban him!?!

 

Even so, wouldn't running under someone else's ICC authority effectively circumvent that?
I know we have a bunch of Baldwin trailers.. we had some of their power units in our Denver yard, as well... I was told they were just being stored until the repo agents came for them (and paid the storage fees).

 

You know to be honest I am not sure. Dudley and his crooked ### family needs to be in prison! I don't see how he can be allowed to run under any authority!

I can't believe after what he did to Navajo and those drivers that he has got the balls to celebrate his return to trucking. He's literally spitting (only word I can use that rhymes with what I really want to say) in everyone's face. I mean looking at the site it's like a giant middle finger saying "Yes, I screwed you all, and you can't do #### about it". This is unbelievable. He should have went to jail for selling Navajo NOTHING. Gotta love this country. You misplace a zero on your taxes and they will hunt you down and anally sodomize you. You screw your employees out of money and rip lots of people off, you're just fine. Unreal.
