Do not work for knight transportation!!!

That’s laughable. What if you are from Texas and you got the ticket in Indiana. That means you have to either hire a lawyer or take few days off and get a motel near the court to attend the hearing. And there is also chance that the DOT officer will show up and you wind up losing the case, and in the end, costing you thousands of dollars for nothing. And seriously, who do you think the judge is going to listen? You or the officer of the law. Then I am sure you will be here whine and cry about being wronged.

Anyways back to the point. Knight Transportation will steal your pay so their CEO could be a billionaire.

 

No you dont...pay for a legal svc and all you have to do it send them the citation and they fwd it to an area atty that handles it...

 

So you think the super truckers on this forum who can do no wrong are willing to shell out $3.75 a week to pay for the said service? Also, they will charge 50% of the lawyer fee, so it’s not like it’s free. And if the officer shows up to the court, 99% you are going to lose.

So yes you will still lose some money. And hence, people will whine and cry about it.

Jokes on you. So if your ticket is over $2000, do you believe a sane lawyer will take that case for the very smidgen referral fee? And if the lawyer takes that case for the small fee, do you think he will fight for you? Like I said those legal services are based on officer not showing up, so the ticket has to be minor infraction. If the ticket is of significant amount, I am sure it will cost you a lot more to fight it.

As to you saying I'd be on here whining, I highly doubt that. I am actually a professional driver. I take pride in my work, and do it in a professional manner, legally, and with that I'm not harrassed.

Also if you're record is clean enough my advice to you would be stop applying to all the bottom feeder crap companies and actually better yourself.

I've given you actual good advice to better yourself, life is full of excuses, and pity stories.
